Order Processing
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment is received. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.
If we experience a high volume of orders, processing times may be slightly delayed. Customers will be notified of any significant delays.
Domestic Shipping (United States)
Standard Shipping: 3–5 business days — $8.00
Express Shipping: 1–2 business days — $15.00
Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on the carrier and destination.
International Shipping
At this time, LuxeScent Minis ships within the United States only.
Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number by email so you can monitor your package's progress.
Incorrect Shipping Information
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. LuxeScent Minis is not responsible for packages delayed or lost due to incorrect addresses provided at checkout.
Lost or Damaged Packages
If your package arrives damaged or is lost during transit, please contact us within 7 days of delivery or the expected delivery date. We will work with the shipping carrier to help resolve the issue.
