At LuxeScent Minis™, customer satisfaction is important to us. We take pride in providing high-quality fragrances and carefully packaging every order before shipment.
Returns
Due to the personal nature of fragrances and hygiene considerations, we do not accept returns on opened, used, or tested perfume products.
To be eligible for a return:
- The item must be unused.
- The item must be in its original sealed packaging.
- The return request must be submitted within 14 days of delivery.
- The customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the product arrived damaged or incorrect.
Damaged or Defective Products
If your order arrives damaged, leaking, defective, or broken during shipping, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
Please include:
- Your order number
- Clear photos of the damaged product
- Photos of the shipping box and packaging
Once reviewed, we may offer:
- A replacement product
- Store credit
- A partial or full refund
depending on the circumstances.
Incorrect Orders
If you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
We will arrange a replacement or provide an appropriate solution at no additional cost.
Non-Refundable Items
We cannot provide refunds for:
- Opened perfume bottles
- Used products
- Products damaged after delivery
- Orders with incorrect shipping information provided by the customer
- Delays caused by shipping carriers
Order Cancellations
Orders may be canceled within 12 hours of purchase if they have not yet been processed or shipped.
- Once an order has shipped, it cannot be canceled.
Refund Processing
Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear in your account after approval.

For a perfume business, I recommend:
- 14-day return window for unopened products only
- No returns on opened perfumes
- Damaged products reported within 48 hours
- Replacement, store credit, or refund at your discretion
- Customer pays return shipping unless the mistake is yours
